Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Greencastle Cove is the trading name of Greencastle Cove Leisure Homes Limited. When you book your holiday your contract will be with Greencastle Cove Leisure Homes Limited References to ‘we’ ‘us’ and ‘our’ are to Greencastle Cove Leisure Homes Limited
2. There will be a contract between you and us when your on line booking is confirmed. The person making the booking accepts the contract on behalf of all members of your party and is responsible for making sure they accept the contract. We can’t accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18.
3. If you cancel your stay with us, two weeks in advance, then your deposit will be paid back in full. However if your party cancels within those two weeks before your arrival then your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to cancel your holiday please call us and confirm your cancellation in writing. The date of the postmark on your letter or the email we receive is the date of the cancellation.
4. A 50 Euro security deposit is taken on arrival. This will be refunded if there are no damages to the property after the rental period.
5. Gas and electric are included in the initial renting price.
6. Our holidays are primarily family holidays and for this reason we have a number of conditions about the make up of your party. These are designed to make sure all our guests enjoy their holiday with us. Only those people listed on your booking confirmation can occupy your holiday home and we can require anyone not listed to leave the park.
7. The total number in your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday home. (Max 6)
8. Your holiday home will be available from 4.00pm on your arrival day. If you think you may arrive after 11.00pm on your arrival day please let us know. If you don’t tell us and your holiday home is not occupied by 8.00am on the day after your arrival day we may treat your booking as canceled and re-let the holiday home. You should leave your holiday home by 10.00am on your departure date.
9. At the end of your holiday you must leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any damage to your holiday home during your stay. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation under special circumstances or in emergencies.
